Hello world,
It's our second week of holiday this week. With nothing much to do other than our assignments we rot at home trying to think of what to do. We decided to go out and have some Avachi chicken which is available in the city and I can tell you that it is TEN times better than KFC!!! 15 pieces of that costs 35NZD.....not bad at all. Karim, Syam, David and Mohan were also In the mix and we also bought......*drums rolling*........FIFA 2013!!!
We might be going somewhere this week after assignments are done, can't wait!!!
Until then, I'll bugger off to continue my assignments~
Buhbye!!!

Week 10
Hello world,
This week is really slow......with nothing to do but to chill because its a holiday with nothing to do. But that doesn't mean it's boring because on Thursday we went to Carrington's pub to chill (Syamil, Thavitha a.k.a David, Karim and I). Syam was having the time of his life as girls were coming to our table!!!.......to get some cigarettes...there was this girl who was so in to Syamil who was from Egypt I think? Friday we had our marks for our assignments in professional practice. We discussed with mr. NSingh (pun intended) XP on what we should get for our assignment and we got 34/35!!! Congrats to Karim & I!!!
Friday after our classes we decided to go look for overalls for our engine management systems class. We ended up in the city!!! How confusing of New Zealand's roads...after looking for overalls to no avail we finally decided to have our lunch at about 3pm at a Malaysian restaurant called Angie's kitchen on Mount Street.

Week 9!
Hello World,
its the 9th week and yay!!! holidays have finally begun with nothing to do......(sigh).....
so lets recap what happened this week. well this week was quite fast. On Monday Karim and i finally got our chance to visit the workshop for our professional practice project and we did our report.......Finally!!! after being put on hold for a week!!!
We had our EMS class as usual on Tuesday and had practical this week we tested the O2 sensor to see how it works and also we made it rich by pushing more air in to the throttle body and lean by pushing more fluid (in this case we used an easy start spray) into the throttle. Did that in the afternoon session and went back afterwards.
well thats all again for this week,
Buhbye!!!

Week 8!
Hello world,
Brrrrr.......what a cold week. Temperatures are down to 9 degrees. Still getting used to the freezing weather. Wonder how'd it be like In winter??? Today at 3 am marks the last day of DST (Daylight Saving Time) so we have one extra hour of sleep!!! Last week was good. On Thursday we finished Professional practice early at about 10 am. On Friday class went on as usual and we had our EMS classes as usual......practical was done in the afternoon session after our lunch was taken. We continued taking readings from sensors using the picometer. Tony, our lecturer for this particular practical was so excited he wanted me to test the wires for him even when our class for innovative practice starts at 3pm. I was enjoying wire tracing but then good times have to end right??? So we went on to mr. Niranjan's class and he gave us another mind boggling question as always.........gets the mind crackin'~
Until then......
Buhbye!!!
